Trivia
- The title of this episode is a play on Laser's last name, Beam, and the title of American sitcom Saved By The Bell.
- Frequent contributor iDs5621 joined Syp The Mighty in developing the story of this episode, particularly the latter half.
- This episode reveals Laser's real name, indicating that Canon and Espee were calling him "Larn" as an insult.
- Originally Laser was not intended to return nor was this episode going to be made, but when Syp realized Laser was her friend Jax Beetle's favorite character she changed her mind and made this episode to reunite the CLEG crew as well as leaving the door open to make more episodes in the future.
- At one point, the name "Laser Beam" was going to be given to a new character who showed up to replace "Larn", but this idea was abandoned early on.
