Events of Micro Space
Laser Beam introduces Pal to Blaster Canon and Espee Tronic before it ultimately attacks Laser in Micro Space #9. Despite this, the CLEG Crew ends up keeping the creature as it later appears asleep in containment aboard the Blanken Ship in Micro Space #24.
