King Garbage is a major character in Virus Uprising, the third episode of Tales from Outer Space.
Personality
Boto was frustrated with his employees before his banishment.
History
Events of Virus Uprising
After observing Garbage's attempt at hacking the Robotopia systems before short-circuiting and being carried by Eyeball and Paddle on his security cameras, Boto commands Fute to arrest them before Fute turns on him as Garbage enters Boto's quarters and reveals his success. Boto is then taken off the premises by Fute.
